When will I get it?

A written direction summary within twelve hours. Once you confirm it, the 72-hour clock starts.

What about revisions?

One round included — up to five changes, submitted in one batch within seven days. We turn them around in 48 hours.

What if it doesn't land?

After revisions, if you genuinely can't use the file — 50% refund within fourteen days. Most of the time, the revision round handles it.
